II \/ III \/ IV:<\/strong> BE\/B.Tech\/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Civil, Mechanical, Welding\/NDT, Electrical or Instrumentation with at least 60% marks. Minimum post-qualification experience in construction of refinery\/petrochemical\/fertiliser\/power\/nuclear plant projects: <strong>5 years<\/strong> (Gr. II), <strong>9 years<\/strong> (Gr. III) and <strong>13 years<\/strong> (Gr. IV).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Welding\/NDT:<\/strong> Mechanical engineering degree (60%) plus ASNT or ISNT Level-II in RT\/UT\/DPT\/MPT.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Associate Officer Gr. II:<\/strong> One of three routes: graduate (Arts\/Commerce\/Science, 55%) + diploma in material management with 14 years&#8217; experience; engineering diploma + diploma in material management with 13 years; or engineering degree + diploma in material management with 5 years.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If your university gives CGPA, EIL accepts the university&#8217;s conversion norm. Otherwise it uses its own table (for example, 6.5 on a 10-point scale is treated as 60%). During the foreign posting, EIL adds living allowance, R&amp;R and other allowances as per company rules, plus medical insurance premium reimbursement (up to \u20b92 lakh cover) and 2 days&#8217; paid leave per month. Only those found fully eligible go on to the personal interview. The interview date is sent by email at short notice, and interviews are held at EIL offices in Gurugram, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata.
