Provide Level 1 IT service desk support to global enterprise clients via phone, chat, and ticketing tools
Handle incidents related to Active Directory, Office 365, VPN, and endpoint devices
Meet SLA targets on resolution time, CSAT, and first-contact resolution rates

Requirements:

B.Tech / B.Sc (IT/CS/Electronics) / BCA; 2025–2026 batch; 0–1 year experience
Good English communication; basic networking and OS knowledge
Rotational shifts including nights; transport allowance provided
