Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment: JD preparation, job portal sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer coordination
Maintain hiring MIS trackers, generate weekly manpower reports, and support onboarding
Coordinate with department heads and plant managers for headcount planning
Requirements:
Graduate / MBA (HR); 0–1 year; freshers with HR internship experience considered
MS Office proficiency; familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna job portals
6-day week; Day shift; PF + medical included
