Handle inbound voice/chat/email queries for domestic and international clients across BFSI and retail verticals
Follow SOPs and escalation matrices to resolve L1 and L2 customer issues
Maintain accurate call/chat logs in the CRM and meet daily quality targets

Requirements:

Graduate (any stream); 2024/2025 batch; 0–1 year experience
English proficiency (spoken and written); basic MS Office
Willing to work in rotational shifts; 5-day work week
