Key Responsibilities:
Handle domestic and international customer queries via live chat and email within SLAs
Log interactions in CRM, maintain CSAT scores, and escalate as per process guidelines
Meet daily quality, AHT, and productivity targets set by team leads
Requirements:
12th Pass or Graduate; 0–3 years experience; freshers welcome
English written communication; typing speed 25+ WPM
5 days/week; rotational shifts; cab + PF + insurance provided
