Wipro is actively hiring for IT Helpdesk L1 Support roles that can be performed entirely from home. Key Responsibilities:
Provide Level 1 IT support to enterprise clients via call, chat, and email — password resets, VPN, software issues
Log all incidents in ServiceNow/Remedy ITSM tools and meet first-call resolution targets
Escalate unresolved tickets to L2 within defined SLAs and follow up for closure
Requirements:
Any Graduate; 0–1 year experience; basic IT knowledge required
Strong English communication (spoken); familiar with Windows OS and MS Office
Own laptop + internet; night shift availability preferred; WFH allowance provided
