Key Responsibilities:
Monitor real-time delivery operations, track SLA adherence, and resolve escalations from restaurant and delivery partners
Coordinate with city ops leads on partner onboarding, complaints, and process improvement tasks
Prepare daily/weekly operational MIS and present findings to the city manager
Requirements:
Any Graduate; 0–2 years; freshers with logistics or operations interest welcome
Strong MS Excel and analytical thinking; good communication in Hindi and English
Flexible to work 6 days/week including weekends; day shift; transport allowance
