Selection process
SBI will shortlist candidates based on the biodata and experience submitted. Shortlisted candidates face an interview of 100 marks; for both DVP posts, a 5 to 10 minute PowerPoint presentation on the job profile is part of the interview. The bank decides the qualifying marks. CTC negotiation follows, either on the interview day or later.
Salary and contract terms
The CTC is negotiable and depends on your current pay, experience and place of posting. It is split 80% fixed and 20% variable. Variable pay is paid only if you score at least 90% in half-yearly appraisals, and annual increments of up to 5% are possible from the second year. No other perks are offered. A CTC of Rs 19 lakh is not the same as monthly take-home; check a realistic figure with our income tax calculator and salary calculator.
