Salary and benefits

Assistant Managers are placed in the E-1 IDA scale of Rs 40,000–1,40,000 and Junior Executives in S-V of Rs 29,000–93,000. On top of basic pay you get IDA, other allowances, CPF, contributory pension, gratuity, LTC, performance-related pay and medical cover as per CWC rules. The actual monthly in-hand depends on the IDA rate at the time and your posting city, so treat basic pay only as the starting point. You can plan deductions with our salary calculator.

Two points people miss: selected Assistant Managers must sign a Rs 1,00,000 bond and Junior Executives a Rs 50,000 bond to serve at least two years, and this is an all-India transfer job with an initial stint at field units.
