DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last Updated: April 02, 2026

Nishulk4U respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA") and related international intellectual property laws, we have implemented this policy to address instances of alleged copyright infringement accurately and swiftly.

As a platform that hosts user-generated content—specifically job descriptions, company profiles, and resumes—we function as an intermediary. While we do not proactively monitor all uploaded content for copyright clearance, we act decisively upon receiving valid infringement notices.

1. Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and is accessible on Nishulk4U in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include the following specific information:

  • Physical or Electronic Signature: A signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of Copyrighted Work: A precise identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of Infringing Material: Clear identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled. You must provide specific URLs leading directly to the infringing content to allow us to locate the material seamlessly.
  • Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit Nishulk4U to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Good Faith Belief Statement: A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • Statement of Accuracy: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

2. Submit Your Notice

Please deliver your formal Takedown Notice to our Designated Agent via email (preferred for speed) or physical mail:

*Note: False claims under the DMCA can result in severe legal and financial penalties, including pursuing damages and attorneys' fees. Consult legal counsel before submitting a takedown request if you are unsure.

3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you are a user whose content was removed due to a DMCA notice, and you believe the removal was a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notification. Your Counter-Notice must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal or local court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In adherence to the DMCA, Nishulk4U strictly enforces a "Repeat Infringer" policy. Any employer or candidate who repeatedly uploads infringing material will have their accounts permanently deactivated and IPs blacklisted from accessing network infrastructure.
