About the role
GitLab, the all-remote DevSecOps software company, is hiring an Associate Renewals Manager in India. You will own a set of customer subscription renewals from start to finish, following GitLab's playbooks, while learning to handle bigger and more complex deals over time. It is an individual contributor role with guidance from senior renewal managers.
What you will do
- Track renewal dates for your customer portfolio and close renewals on time
- Talk with customers to understand how they use GitLab and spot risks early
- Explain renewal terms clearly to customers and internal teams
- Work with Sales, Customer Success and Finance to remove blockers and find upsell opportunities
- Keep CRM records accurate for forecasting
Who can apply
- Some experience in renewals, account management or a similar customer-facing commercial role
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage many renewals at once
- Clear written and spoken communication
- Full working rights in India and based in India
Work from home details
Fully remote within India. You should be able to work Australia/New Zealand and Asia time zones.
