Associate Revenue Operations Manager – GitLab (Remote, India)

About the role
This is an early-career operations role at GitLab for someone with basic experience in operations, analytics or CRM tools who wants to grow in sales systems. You will learn how GitLab divides sales territories and routes accounts in Salesforce for the Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) region, with structured onboarding and support from the Territory Operations team.

What you will do
- Support yearly territory planning and set-up in Salesforce for APJ
- Maintain and document territory rules and account routing
- Check data quality and fix account assignment issues
- Write clear handoff notes for teammates in other time zones

Who can apply
- Foundational experience in operations, analytics or CRM (such as Salesforce)
- Prior territory operations experience is not required
- Careful with data and a clear communicator in writing

Work from home details
Fully remote, based in the APJ region with good daily overlap with APJ business hours. The team works mostly asynchronously.
