**Location:** Remote | Puducherry / Tamil Nadu
**Work Mode:** Work from Home

**Key Responsibilities**
- Daily business calling and lead generation
- Excel / Google Sheets CRM management
- Client follow-ups and conversion

**Eligibility**
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
- Good communication skills
- Confidence in making business calls
- Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Follow-up and sales skills
- Self-motivation

**Compensation:** 25% profit share on successfully converted clients
**Important:** No fixed monthly salary. Compensation is performance-based.
