Compliance Analyst (KYC) – Turing (Remote, India)

About the role
Turing works with leading AI labs and onboards technical contributors from more than 100 countries. As a Compliance Analyst you protect that network by owning the quality of its KYC (Know Your Customer) and identity verification process.

What you will do
- Review and decide on identity verification cases, including difficult ones not covered by the playbook
- Audit decisions made by other reviewers
- Spot new identity and document fraud patterns
- Improve policies, processes and reviewer training based on what you find

Who can apply
- 7+ years in KYC, AML, identity verification, trust and safety or fraud operations
- Experience at a fintech, marketplace, gig platform or global staffing company is a plus
- Good judgement and comfort with high-volume operations

Remote in India, working with teams across time zones.
