About the role
JumpCloud makes an AI-powered IT management platform for identity, devices and access. It is hiring a hands-on Director of Product Strategy and Operations who will report to the SVP of Product. This person will build the systems that link product strategy, investment, execution and business results.
What you will do
- Run portfolio planning, prioritisation, dependencies, risks and product business reviews
- Own product reporting for executives, senior leadership and the board
- Lead Pendo strategy, dashboards and product adoption insights
- Run the Customer Advisory Board and the feature request intake process
- Work with Finance and sales teams on pricing, packaging and monetisation, and build AI agents to automate reporting

- Comfort with portfolio management, SaaS metrics, Pendo, customer research, pricing and packaging
- Ability to work directly with executives while doing hands-on analysis
