About the role
JumpCloud, a remote-first company offering an AI-powered IT, identity and device management platform, is hiring for GTM AI Operations in India. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations, you will build AI-driven outbound systems that help the sales team create pipeline faster.
What you will do
- Design AI workflows for account sourcing, research, prioritisation, personalisation and sequencing
- Turn AI experiments into reliable workflows linked to Salesforce, Marketo, Clay and engagement tools
- Cut manual work for BDRs while improving targeting and outreach quality
- Use signals and automated enrichment to support outbound programs
- Prototype, launch, measure and improve GTM workflows quickly
Who can apply
- Hands-on experience with GTM tools such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gong Engage and enrichment platforms
- Experience building workflows in Clay, Openprise, Zapier, Replit or similar tools
- Practical use of LLMs, prompts, APIs, webhooks and light scripting in business workflows, with a solid understanding of MCPs
- A self-driven builder who can explain technical ideas to non-technical teams
Work from home details
This role is fully remote within India; you must live in and be authorised to work in India. It follows an EMEA shift, roughly 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm IST.
