We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Luxury Property Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling high-end clients, showcasing premium properties, and closing deals efficiently.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Handle inquiries from high-net-worth clients (HNI)
Conduct site visits and property presentations
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable luxury properties
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth deal closure
✅ Requirements
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (Luxury segment preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Presentable and confident personality
Ability to handle premium clients professionally
Target-oriented mindset
Graduation (preferred)
🌟 Preferred Skills
Experience in luxury or international property sales (Dubai projects is a plus)
Strong networking and client handling skills
Sales closing ability
