What you will do
- Hire, mentor and manage a team of data engineers and architects
- Join technical and design discussions with customers and internal leads
- Act as first escalation point for customer delivery questions
- Build reusable tools and assets for field services teams and partners
- Improve internal processes and customer success offerings
Who can apply
- 12+ years of industry experience, with 6+ years in customer-facing roles
- 4+ years leading a technical team of data engineers or architects
- Deep big data experience (Spark, Hadoop, Cassandra) and knowledge of AWS, Azure or GCP
- Strong project management, documentation and stakeholder skills
