About the role
Sophos is a global cybersecurity company offering managed detection and response (MDR) and security products to about 600,000 organisations. It is hiring a manager to lead its Critical Incident Response Team serving MDR customers.
What you will do
- Lead and coach squads of incident response analysts
- Manage daily operations, staffing, priorities and service levels across live cases
- Act as Incident Commander on complex, high-severity incidents
- Keep playbooks, documentation and quality standards up to date
- Use metrics and customer feedback to improve the team's processes
Who can apply
- 7+ years in cybersecurity operations, incident response or digital forensics, with 2+ years leading people
- Strong technical skills across endpoint, network and cloud security investigations
- Good knowledge of attacker techniques and the MITRE ATT&CK framework
- Certifications such as GCFA, GCIH or CISSP are preferred
