About the role
JumpCloud offers a cloud platform for identity, device and access management. This manager will lead customer implementations and migrations and help build up JumpCloud's professional services team in India, working closely with global stakeholders.
What you will do
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of services consultants and software engineers
- Run the team with Scrum, including backlog, sprint planning and velocity tracking
- Oversee migrations from Active Directory, Okta and other directories to JumpCloud
- Grow the services business in the region and track team performance metrics
- Work with Customer Success, Engineering, Product and Revenue Operations on delivery
Who can apply
- 10–14 years in programming, scripting or professional services in SaaS or IT, including 3–5 years leading technical teams
- Strong PowerShell and Bash, plus Python or another object-oriented language
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Okta, and protocols like LDAP, RADIUS, SAML, OIDC and SCIM
- Scrum or Agile team management and project management skills
Work from home details
JumpCloud is remote first; you must live in and be authorised to work in India. The role requires EMEA hours, 1 PM to 10 PM IST, and fluent English.
