Partner Programs & Analytics Manager – Rubrik (Remote, India)

About the role
Rubrik, a data security company, is looking for a Partner Programs & Analytics Manager in its global channel operations team. You will keep the partner programme running smoothly: onboarding new partners, resolving their cases quickly and using data to improve processes.

What you will do
- Resolve partner programme cases and remove the root causes of repeat issues
- Manage partner onboarding, approvals and contracts with Legal, Sales and Finance
- Track KPIs and present data-backed recommendations using AI and analytics tools
- Maintain partner enablement content and certification reporting
- Handle purchase orders and partner marketing fund payouts in Coupa

Who can apply
- 5+ years in partner operations, case management, support coordination or business operations (7+ years in channel programmes preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or a related field
- Excellent English writing and speaking skills

Work from home details
Remote in India, but you must work full United States business hours (Central time). In India that means a night shift.
