About the role
Twilio is hiring a People Generalist to support employees and HR business partners across the Asia-Pacific and Japan region. You will handle a wide range of HR questions and help roll out people programmes.
What you will do
- Answer HR queries on benefits, compensation, offboarding, global mobility and employee relations
- Support HR business partners with programme roll-outs and day-to-day processes
- Analyse HR data such as headcount and attrition, and prepare reports and presentations
- Work with HR centres of excellence across regions
Who can apply
- 3+ years of HR experience in a large or matrixed organisation
- A self-starter and practical problem solver
- Good with data and clear reporting
Work from home details
Remote – India, with occasional travel for team meetings.
