About the role
Karat runs live, expert-led technical interviews for companies such as PayPal, Atlassian and Citi. This principal product manager will own how hiring managers use the Karat platform, from onboarding to interview results.
What you will do
- Set the vision and roadmap for the hiring-manager product suite
- Find ways AI can make interview results clearer and easier to act on
- Prioritise features with engineering, content and design teams
- Study usage data and run experiments on onboarding and results delivery
- Build business cases and work with go-to-market teams on growth
Who can apply
- 8+ years of product management across B2B and B2C products, ideally with past software development experience
- Track record of launching and scaling B2B SaaS products with measurable impact
- Comfortable leading customer calls and presenting to senior enterprise stakeholders
- Excellent English communication; applications must be fully in English
Work from home details
Karat's team is 100% remote, but for now it only hires candidates who live in Bengaluru. The role needs a schedule that overlaps with US business hours, which means late evening or night work in India.
