Recruiter, Go-To-Market – GitLab (Remote, India)

About the role
GitLab's all-remote Talent Acquisition team is hiring a Recruiter to fill its Go-To-Market roles, such as sales and customer success. The role is open to candidates in several countries, including India.

What you will do
- Manage several open positions from sourcing to offer
- Use market data, salary benchmarks and funnel metrics to plan each search
- Advise hiring managers and set realistic expectations
- Give candidates a smooth experience with timely updates
- Explain compensation and sales incentives (OTE) clearly at offer stage

Who can apply
- Recruiting experience, ideally for sales roles; B2B software experience helps but is not required
- Comfortable with recruiting tools like Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Organised, data-minded and a clear communicator across time zones
