About the role
Sophos is a global cybersecurity company that protects around 600,000 organisations. Its HR technology team is hiring a Senior HRIS Analyst to be the expert on SAP SuccessFactors, handling support, configuration and new implementations. The role is open in India or the Philippines.
What you will do
- Handle second-line support for complex SuccessFactors issues and coach other analysts
- Configure permissions, workflows, business rules and data models
- Build and support integrations with payroll, identity and recruitment systems
- Test new releases and get the platform ready for performance and compensation cycles
- Lead the technical side of implementations and enhancements, from design to go-live
Who can apply
- Minimum 5 years configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors in a global company
- Deep knowledge of Employee Central plus at least one more module, such as Onboarding, Compensation, Learning, Performance & Goals or Time Tracking
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a good grasp of HR data privacy and controls
- SuccessFactors certification and Agile/Jira experience are preferred
