About the role
JumpCloud is growing its engineering team in India and needs a senior manager to lead its data, analytics and machine learning group. You will build reliable data pipelines for business reporting and guide ML engineers who ship models to production.
What you will do
- Lead and grow a team of data engineers, ML engineers and data scientists
- Build ingestion and transformation pipelines with Fivetran and dbt into Snowflake or Databricks
- Create unified revenue reporting models with Finance, Sales and Operations from Salesforce and NetSuite data
- Set standards for data modeling, testing, model training, evaluation and serving
- Present metrics to senior leaders and handle hiring, onboarding and mentoring
Who can apply
- 8+ years in applied machine learning, including several years managing people and production MLOps
- Experience managing a team of 8 or more engineers
- Hands-on with Salesforce, NetSuite, dbt, Fivetran, Snowflake, Databricks, SQL and Python ML libraries
- Experience leading distributed teams and using AI coding tools such as Cursor, Claude or Copilot
