About the role
Twilio is building a new Compliance domain. In this role you lead the engineering team behind Trust Hub, Twilio's KYC platform that customers must pass through before using its communication APIs. The platform handles millions of requests a day.

What you will do
- Own the delivery roadmap for customer-facing compliance services, internal APIs and operations tools
- Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team
- Encourage engineers to use LLMs and AI tools to deliver faster
- Balance customer commitments, platform work and tooling investments

Who can apply
- 15+ years of software engineering experience
- 5+ years in engineering management, leading teams of 10 or more engineers

Work from home details
Remote – India, with occasional travel for team meetings.
