About the role
Twilio's Identity and Network Trust team needs a Senior Network Engineer to build and run its global corporate network, including VPN, zero-trust access (ZTNA) and connections to cloud systems.
What you will do
- Build, operate and support the global IT network
- Monitor network performance and respond to incidents
- Troubleshoot escalated connectivity problems and find root causes
- Work with the security team on a secure network design
- Track network hardware and software assets
Who can apply
- 7+ years building campus or data-centre networks and AWS cloud networking
- 5+ years with Cisco LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi and Palo Alto Networks firewalls
- Strong TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching knowledge
Work from home details
Remote – India, with about 15% travel expected.
