About the role
Sophos' Red Team is hired by organisations worldwide to find and exploit weaknesses in their systems before attackers do. As Senior Penetration Testing Analyst 1 you will run client tests and lead their communication from kick-off to final report.
What you will do
- Coordinate test readiness, schedules and status updates with clients and project teams
- Run web, mobile and API security tests or network penetration tests
- Use standard and in-house tools for manual testing of advanced attacks
- Write professional reports with findings and fixes, and lead client calls
- Research new threats, vulnerabilities and exploits
Who can apply
- 5+ years in information security, including at least 2 years of penetration testing
- 2+ years with tools such as Nmap, Metasploit, Kali Linux or Burp Suite
- Understanding of web and API authentication, Linux and network devices
- Certifications like OSCP, CEH, GPEN or GWAPT are a plus
Work from home details
