About the role
Karat is a technical interviewing company that helps large employers hire engineers fairly and predictably. As Senior Product Manager you will improve the tools recruiters use inside the Karat platform and help match strong candidates to the right roles.
What you will do
- Own the roadmap for recruiter workflows, dashboards and analytics
- Add automation and insights that cut manual work for recruiters
- Design new ways to route strong candidates to better-fit openings
- Work with engineering and design on integrations with customers' recruiting systems
- Track metrics and build business cases for new offerings
Who can apply
- 5+ years of product management in B2B or B2C, ideally in recruiting, HR tech or marketplace products
- Experience building analytics, dashboards or workflow tools for professional users
- Enjoys building new 0-to-1 products and running customer discovery calls
- Strong English communication skills
Work from home details
The team works fully remotely, but Karat is only hiring people who live in Bengaluru for this role. You must be available during US business hours, so expect evening or night shifts in India.
