About the role
Grafana Labs, the company behind the open-source Grafana dashboards and Grafana Cloud, is a 100% remote company. As a Senior Solutions Engineer you are the product expert in sales conversations: you understand what customers need and show them how Grafana solves it.

What you will do
- Run product demos, technical evaluations and proof-of-concepts
- Understand customer requirements by asking the right questions
- Work with the sales team to qualify and close deals
- Pass customer feedback to Product and Engineering

Who can apply
- 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with open-source or metrics/monitoring tools
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- A technical mindset and enjoyment in solving customer problems

Salary
The posting lists on-target earnings (OTE) of INR 7.4 million to 9.8 million a year for India, plus equity and benefits. Final pay depends on level and experience.

Work from home details
Remote in India, with a preference for candidates based in Mumbai.
