About the role
Wiz, the cloud and AI security company now part of Google, is hiring a Senior Solutions Support Engineer for its global support team. You will solve complex customer problems across the Wiz platform, covering cloud setup, vulnerability scanning and runtime protection, and build AI-driven automation to scale support.
What you will do
- Investigate customer issues in posture management, vulnerability scanning, threat detection and Kubernetes security
- Fix cloud connector and integration failures across AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI and SaaS tools
- Diagnose workload scanning, sensor and runtime security issues
- Triage vulnerability findings, SBOM results and false positives
- Build AI agents and automation that speed up triage and resolution
Who can apply
- 5+ years in technical support, system administration or a similar customer-facing role
- 2+ years with AWS, Azure or GCP and 1+ year running production Kubernetes
- Good grasp of cloud security basics and ability to read code in Python, Shell, Go, Java or Terraform
- Comfort with Linux, command-line tools and current AI and LLM tooling
