Job Overview
About the role
Neo4j is looking for a Solution Architect to guide new enterprise customers from contract signing to a production-ready setup. You will be their trusted technical advisor for cloud setup, security, networking, data modelling and application integration.
What you will do
- Run discovery sessions to agree on success criteria, milestones and risks
- Set up Neo4j AuraDB or self-managed clusters on AWS, Azure and GCP with secure networking
- Apply hardening, encryption, SSO and role-based access controls
- Design data ingestion pipelines and advise teams on driver and query performance
- Produce architecture diagrams and decision records, then hand customers to Professional Services
Who can apply
- 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as solution architect or technical consultant
- Production experience with at least one major cloud (AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Strong networking knowledge: VPC/VNet, peering, routing and private endpoints
- Hands-on SQL or NoSQL database skills and a degree or equivalent experience
