Job Overview
About the role
JumpCloud is hiring a Solutions Architect in India to serve EMEA customers. You will help organisations move from Active Directory, Okta and other directories to the JumpCloud platform, acting as their technical partner from implementation through later expansion.
What you will do
- Run discovery sessions to understand each customer's environment and needs
- Set milestones and plans for how customers will use JumpCloud
- Guide customers on adoption, onboarding and integrations such as SCIM
- Carry out migration and configuration work directly in customer environments
- Review environments for best practices and document outcomes for the team
Who can apply
- 6+ years in SaaS, professional services, directory administration or implementation roles
- At least 1 year in a technical JumpCloud role or equivalent JumpCloud admin console experience
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Okta, MDM, SSO/SAML and PowerShell skills are preferred
Work from home details
The role is remote within India and you must be based in and authorised to work in India. It supports the EMEA region, though exact hours are not stated. Travel to customer sites may be needed.
