About the role
JumpCloud is expanding its India engineering team and is hiring a staff engineer focused on device management. You will lead complex technical projects for the platform that manages Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS and Android devices.
What you will do
- Solve the largest and hardest technical problems on the team
- Lead cross-functional projects and help shape architecture with principal engineers
- Research and experiment where requirements are unclear, working with UX and product managers
- Build highly available, reliable and fast cloud services
- Mentor engineers on advanced technical topics
Who can apply
- 12+ years as an engineer, including leading complex projects
- Strong Go skills plus familiarity with Java, TypeScript or similar languages
- Deep knowledge of MDM: enrollment, policy enforcement and Apple Push Notification service across platforms
- Experience with AWS, GCP or Azure, Kubernetes, CI/CD and distributed systems
