About the role
Turing produces software engineering datasets and evaluations for frontier AI labs. As a Strategic Project Lead you run these programmes end to end, turning research requirements into reliable delivery while managing quality, speed, contributors and cost.

What you will do
- Own delivery of coding data projects from customer specification to final hand-over
- Set up workstreams such as coding demonstrations, AI agent tasks, benchmarks and code reviews
- Find bottlenecks and fix workflows to hit quality and throughput targets
- Automate quality checks and reporting with Python or SQL
- Build playbooks and mentor other project leads

Who can apply
- Background in software engineering, technical programme management, consulting or another fast-paced operations role
- Able to read and review code in Python, TypeScript, Java or Go
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable working directly with demanding clients

Remote in India.
