Hourly rate = Monthly wage ÷ (working days × hours per day).

Overtime pay = Hourly rate × 2 × overtime hours.

What the law says

The Factories Act and the new Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code require overtime at twice the ordinary rate of wages for work beyond the normal daily or weekly hours. Overtime should be voluntary and recorded by the employer.
