BDR Support Apprentice – HighLevel (Remote, India)

About the role
HighLevel offers an all-in-one marketing and sales platform used by agencies and small businesses worldwide. This six-month apprenticeship in the Revenue Growth team supports the company's Business Development Representatives and suits freshers who want to learn sales.

What you will do
- Reply to prospects who respond to BDR outreach by call, text, chat and email
- Book demos on BDR calendars and send confirmations and reminders
- Follow up with people who missed a meeting and help them reschedule
- Ask a few basic questions and pass warm leads quickly to the right BDR
- Log every conversation and next step in the CRM

Who can apply
- A bachelor's degree in any subject or an equivalent qualification
- No prior experience needed, training is provided; calling, scheduling or customer service experience is a bonus
- Good spoken English and confidence talking to US business owners
- Organised, patient and comfortable handling many follow-ups

Salary
The posting lists a monthly stipend of 32,000 for this 6-month apprenticeship starting November 2026.

Work from home details
Location is Remote (India). The shift is 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM US Central time, Monday to Friday, which means night shift in India. You need a quiet space, reliable high-speed internet and must stay on camera during calls.
