Manager, Analytics & Strategy – Zapier (Remote, India)

About the role
Zapier is a fully remote company whose automation platform connects thousands of apps. It is hiring a hands-on manager to lead its new GTM Analytics team, the central analytics group for Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Customer Ops.

What you will do
- Manage analysts embedded with Marketing, Sales and Support/Customer Ops
- Build a fast, trusted process for intake, prioritisation, QA and business reviews
- Coach the team on funnel, campaign, sales and support analytics, forecasting and executive readouts
- Review SQL, dashboards and metric definitions so quality stays high under time pressure
- Turn repeated questions into self-service dashboards and AI-assisted data workflows

Who can apply
- 6+ years in analytics, finance, revenue operations, marketing or sales analytics, or investment banking
- At least 3 years managing analysts or similar teams
- Excellent SQL and comfort with statistics such as cohorts, regression, forecasting and experiments
- Strong go-to-market domain knowledge and active use of AI tools in daily work

Work from home details
The role is fully remote and open to candidates in the Americas, Europe, the UK and India. Expect to collaborate with teams across these time zones.
