Manager, Investor Relations & Strategic Finance – Zscaler (Remote, India)

About the role
Zscaler is a listed cloud security company known for its Zero Trust Exchange platform. It is hiring a remote Manager in its Investor Relations and Strategic Finance team who will help run the quarterly earnings cycle and lead finance projects that shape long-term strategy.

What you will do
- Help prepare earnings material such as press releases, call scripts, outlook figures and Q&A documents every quarter
- Run financial, competitive and peer benchmarking analysis, including valuation and market trend studies
- Build financial models and use data to explain key business metrics and growth drivers
- Support the annual Investor Day and investor meetings held at customer conferences
- Contribute to M&A due diligence, corporate development and long-range planning work

Who can apply
- 5+ years of experience that combines investment banking or sell-side equity research with in-house investor relations at a public SaaS or enterprise software company
- Master's degree in finance, economics, mathematics or a similar quantitative subject
- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills, plus a basic understanding of AI/ML
- A CFA charter and knowledge of cybersecurity or subscription business models are a plus
