Self-Serve Apprentice – HighLevel (Remote, India)

About the role
HighLevel provides a white-label marketing and sales platform used by millions of businesses. This six-month apprenticeship sits in the Customer Acquisition team and focuses on helping new users get value during their free trial, with structured training, shadowing and coaching from a manager.

What you will do
- Engage self-serve trial users to drive activation, adoption and paid conversion
- Respond quickly to inbound questions and in-app signals from trial users
- Walk users through onboarding, key features and best practices
- Handle common questions and objections, escalating anything beyond your training
- Keep accurate records of user interactions and feedback in the CRM

Who can apply
- Freshers can apply; hands-on CRM or SaaS exposure is a plus, not a must
- Interest in CRM, marketing automation, social media, funnels and SEO, and a wish to learn them
- Ability to explain technical things simply, with good spoken and written English
- Comfort with Google Suite, Slack, Zoom and major social platforms

Salary
The posting lists a monthly stipend of 32,000 for this 6-month apprenticeship starting November 2026.
