Senior Workato Integration Engineer – Five9 (Remote, India)

About the role
Five9 builds cloud contact center software used by companies around the world. Its IT and Enterprise Applications team wants a senior engineer who will design and scale the company's business integrations on Workato and set the standards other integration engineers follow.

What you will do
- Build and maintain enterprise integrations and automations in Workato across Five9's business apps
- Set integration standards, reusable patterns and consistent error handling with retries, alerts and logging
- Support links between systems such as UKG Pro, Deel, Greenhouse, Degreed and Replicon
- Implement secure authentication (OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, API keys) and manage secrets with least privilege
- Fix complex production issues, improve documentation and mentor other engineers

Who can apply
- At least 5 years of hands-on integration experience
- A Workato certification (Automation Pro or higher) is required
- Strong REST API, JSON/XML, data transformation and SQL skills
- Knowledge of event-driven design, webhooks and integration patterns; Salesforce, NetSuite or Jira experience is a plus
