Global Renewals Operations Manager – Anaplan (Remote, India)

About the role
Anaplan offers an AI-infused planning platform used by more than 2,400 global companies, including well-known Fortune 50 brands. This role joins the Renewals Operations team and mixes process design with data analysis to help make subscription renewal revenue more predictable.

What you will do
- Create and run operational processes for the renewals business in line with revenue targets
- Analyse churn trends and growth opportunities and turn them into clear recommendations
- Support annual planning such as territory design and target setting with CS Ops and FinOps
- Prepare weekly forecast reports and business review decks for leadership
- Improve pipeline hygiene and help roll out AI-supported analytics

Who can apply
- 5+ years in revenue operations, renewal operations, customer success operations or business analytics
- Track record in an operations role at a fast-growing SaaS or tech company
- Intermediate to advanced Salesforce, CPQ and Excel skills, plus BI tools
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; maths, finance or accounting background preferred
