Supply Chain Specialist 1 – Sophos (Remote, India)

About the role
Sophos is a UK-headquartered cybersecurity company protecting around 600,000 organisations. This early-career role supports its hardware repair supply chain, covering warehouse coordination, manufacturer repairs, international shipping, customs and inventory reporting.

What you will do
- Arrange shipments of faulty units from warehouses to manufacturers and track returns
- Coordinate with logistics partners and customs brokers for smooth clearance
- Monitor repair turnaround time, ageing units and stock levels
- Reconcile inventory and prepare KPI and MIS reports
- Use Power BI, SQL, Excel, Power Automate and approved AI tools to automate reporting

Who can apply
- 1–2 years of supply chain experience preferred (logistics, warehouse, RMA or inventory)
- Knowledge of international shipping, import/export papers and customs
- Skills in Power BI, Power Query, SQL, advanced Excel and Power Automate
- Full-time MBA from a reputed business school; international trade exposure preferred
