Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst – Labelbox (Remote, India)

About the role
Labelbox builds data tools and labelling services that help AI labs and large companies train advanced AI models. It is hiring a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst for its accounting team, reporting to the Senior Accounting Manager and handling billing and collections end to end.

What you will do
- Set up correct billing schedules and invoices in SaaSOptics based on each deal
- Resolve billing and collection issues with customers and the sales team
- Review the aged receivables report every week and report on invoicing, ageing and cash receipts
- Run the dunning process in QuickBooks Online and improve billing workflows
- Prepare forecasting reports and help with month-end accruals and reconciliations

Who can apply
- At least 4–5 years of accounts receivable experience
- End-to-end AR knowledge and intermediate accounting skills
- Strong Excel skills including pivot tables and lookups
- SaaS billing experience and familiarity with QuickBooks Online or SaaSOptics preferred
