Payroll Apprentice – HighLevel (Remote, India)

About the role
HighLevel, a remote-first company behind an AI business platform for agencies and small businesses, is hiring a Payroll Apprentice for its finance team. This six-month programme is a supervised learning role where you support the India payroll team with admin, tracking and reporting work. No payroll experience is needed.

What you will do
- Watch the India payroll inbox, sort requests and send them to the right person
- Log and follow up on payroll tickets and keep their status current
- Prepare and refresh Excel-based reports and trackers
- Write simple guides, checklists and FAQs for payroll processes
- Try AI tools to make routine admin work quicker

Who can apply
- Graduates in any stream such as B.Com, BBA, BA or B.Sc; recent graduates welcome
- Basic to intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Careful with details and able to keep employee data confidential
- Interest in a career in payroll, HR or finance operations

Salary
Stipend of ₹35,000 per month as stated in the posting. The programme starts in November 2026.

Work from home details
Fully remote within India. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM IST (day shift).
