Software Development Engineer II – HighLevel (Remote, India)

About the role
HighLevel builds an AI business platform used by over a million businesses and operates as a remote-first company. This full-stack engineering role sits in the CRM & Automation team, where you take features from idea to release together with product and design.

What you will do
- Own features end to end, from requirements and UI discussions to backend APIs and deployment
- Build fast, accessible user interfaces with modern JavaScript frameworks and TypeScript
- Develop and maintain backend services in Node.js/Express with well-designed APIs and data models
- Measure feature success with product metrics and improve based on the data
- Keep code quality high through testing, documentation and reducing technical debt

Who can apply
- 3–5 years of full-stack development experience
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue.js and component-based front-end skills
- Good knowledge of Node.js, REST APIs and databases such as MongoDB or PostgreSQL
- Experience taking a feature from zero to adoption, with good product sense
