Talent Acquisition Apprentice (Non-Tech) – HighLevel (Remote, India)

About the role
HighLevel is a remote-first software company whose AI business platform serves agencies and small businesses worldwide. Its People team is offering a structured 12-month apprenticeship in recruitment, focused on hiring for non-technical roles, with mentoring from experienced Talent Acquisition professionals.

What you will do
- Study job requirements and candidate profiles for roles across different teams
- Find candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and internal databases
- Run first-round screening calls and handle candidate follow-ups
- Schedule interviews and keep candidate records updated in the ATS
- Help with hiring reports and pipeline tracking

Who can apply
- Recent graduates in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Commerce or a related subject
- Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable with spreadsheets and online research tools
- An internship in recruitment or HR is preferred but not mandatory

Salary
Stipend of ₹45,000 per month as stated in the posting. The programme starts in November 2026.

Work from home details
Fully remote within India. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
